Forward confirmation emails from Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda and Airbnb, add your calendar links, and enter walk-ins at the front desk. Guests check in by scanning a QR code, and the ID document is entered at the desk, never typed by the guest. The guest register downloads as a PDF or CSV in the Himachal Pradesh Home Stay Rules 2025 format.
Calendar links are checked every 4 hours, which reduces double bookings. Emails that can't be read wait in a review queue.

During the stay, send a one-question check-in from your own WhatsApp. A score of 2 out of 5 or lower sends an alert to your phone. Each guest has one record, matched by phone number across every booking site, so you can send offers to past guests from your own WhatsApp.
